Bras N Things Robina is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to lead our team in this busy Robina store. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week and a chance to mentor staff while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will help train and coach the team, support stock processing and VM-driven displays, collaborate with the Store Manager on budgets and KPIs, and contribute to store operations. Our benefits include discounts, incentives and career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail leadership or management is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach teams to meet KPIs.
• Strong customer service and inclusivity.
• Familiarity with stock deliveries and VM guidelines.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Robina store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.

• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
