Job summary

Bras N Things Carindale is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week and focuses on delivering inclusive customer experiences, coaching the team, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.

You will work with the Store Manager to hit budgets and KPIs, manage stock and deliveries, and support daily store operations. We value diversity and provide benefits and growth opportunities across Hanes Brands Australasia.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Carindale store.

This is a full-timeposition at 38 hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
