Job summary

Bras N Things Belmont is seeking a driven Store Manager to lead a high-performing, inclusive team in our Belmont store. This part-time role is 30.5 hours per week and focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing budgets and KPIs, and upholding brand standards.

You will coach staff, oversee stock and daily operations, and implement in-store merchandising that reflects our fashion-forward lingerie brand and supports store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail store management or supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead a diverse team and drive performance.
• Strong focus on customer experience and brand standards.

About The Role
