Bras N Things Hervey Bay is seeking a driven Store Supervisor for a part-time role at 25 hours per week. You will lead the team, support training, manage stock, and ensure excellent customer service across Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday shifts.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager to meet budgets and KPIs while maintaining an inclusive, positive store atmosphere. Join a brand that supports growth and community impact.

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join the team at our Bras N Things Hervey Bay Store.

This is a part-time position at 25 hours per week, requiring availability across: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

• Leading by example to create memorable, honest, and empowering customer connections, ensuring every customer feels welcomed and supported
• Supporting the training and development of your team, helping them build confidence and capability to deliver on store budgets and KPIs
• Managing high stock volumes — you’re hands‑on and happy to support with deliveries and stock processes alongside your team
• A clear and supportive communicator, able to delegate tasks effectively and bring the team along with you
• Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask on the shop floor, including working independently during quieter periods
• Collaborating with the Store Manager on operational and ad hoc tasks, contributing to a positive and inclusive team environment
