Job summary

Bras N Things is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager for our Pacific Fair store on the Gold Coast. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week with opportunities to lead a dynamic team and drive excellent customer experiences across all shifts.

You will coach and develop staff, support training, and help achieve store budgets and KPIs while maintaining attractive VM displays and efficient stock flow. A collaborative, inclusive culture awaits.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Pacific Fair store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
