Job summary

Bras N Things Carindale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This full-time role (38 hours per week) focuses on delivering inclusive customer experiences, coaching the team, maintaining VM standards, managing stock and daily operations, and collaborating with the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervision is preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising guidelines.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Carindale store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
