You'll coach staff, monitor stock and visual standards, manage rosters, and help recruit and train team members. The role demands a passion for the brand and strong leadership in-store.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong sales focus with a track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability.
• Lead the floor team, coach and develop staff.
• Oversee rostering, stock management, and VM standards.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of store staff.
• Step in as acting manager in the Store Manager's absence.
