Responsibilities include recruitment support, training, KPI monitoring, visual merchandising and smooth day-to-day operations at Bondi Store, ensuring memorable service and strong store performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership role.
• Strong sales and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding and training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Support recruitment, interviews, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Monitor KPI results and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards that bring Swatch to life.
• Assist with day-to-day store operations, reporting and compliance.
• Manage stock inventory and conducting stocktakes.
