Genuine Parts Company, through its Repco brand, is hiring a Store Manager in Australia to lead a retail and trade specialist team. You will drive sales, manage finances and maintain store standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results.
• Dual format experience across multi-network operations, sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations (desirable).
• Conscious of workplace safety at all times.
• Experience building strong customer relationships; creating ‘moments that matter’.
• Problem-solving mindset and solution-focused approach.
• Solid computer skills.
