Job summary

Oroton in Bowral is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a premium, fast-paced boutique. You will support the Store Manager, coach the team, and deliver personalised client experiences through styling and clienteling.

This permanent, full-time role runs Sunday–Thursday, and involves rostering, stock flow, and executing store initiatives while maintaining Oroton's visual standards.

We’re inviting expressions of interest for Assistant Store Manager role for our Bowral Boutique at Oroton as we prepare to open a new store on 25 September.

Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with strong clienteling expertise, ready to inspire your team and grow your career within a premium/fast paced boutique/outlet/concession environment.
