Oroton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Rosebery Outlet Store in Sydney. This permanent part-time role supports the Store Manager, leading a team and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience.

You will drive sales, recruit and coach staff, and maintain Oroton’s premium store standards in a fast-paced outlet setting. Ideal candidates bring proven retail leadership, advanced clienteling, and a passion for luxury fashion.

• Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Advanced clienteling skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support and inspire your team to become Oroton brand ambassadors.
• Deliver elevated client experiences through personalised styling and service.
• Drive sales performance through client acquisition, retention, and cross-selling.
• Maintain exceptional store presentation in line with Oroton’s visual standards.
• Support daily operations, including rostering, stock flow and customer experience.
• Partner with the Store Manager and leadership team to deliver store initiatives.
