Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member in fashion or premium retail.
• A passion for selling with a proven ability to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead the store in the Store Leader's absence.
• Coach and motivate team members on the floor for outstanding customer service.
• Help train new team members and contribute to team development.
• Maintain brand standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation.
• Assist with day-to-day operations, including rosters, stock processes, and opening and closing.
