Lorna Jane Australia is seeking an energetic Assistant Retail Store Manager for our West Beach Outlet. You will lead from the floor to drive sales, deliver outstanding customer experiences and push KPI results in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

You’ll coach and develop the team, maintain stock accuracy, oversee VM execution and daily routines, and promote the LJ brand through active living advocacy in-store and in the community.
