You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver a luxurious customer experience, coach staff, and grow repeat business while overseeing daily operations and presentation standards.

We're seeking an customer service focused Assistant Store Manager to join our North Lakes boutique and play a key role in driving performance, developing people, and delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

• Create a luxury retail experience that exceeds expectations.
• Lead, coach and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
• Drive sales performance and contribute to the achievement of store targets and business objectives.
• Deliver personalised, premium customer experiences that build loyalty and advocacy.
• Develop strong customer relationships and grow repeat business opportunities.
• Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance and presentation standards.
• Help create a positive, high-energy culture where people love coming to work.

What you'll need:

• Previous retail leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
• A proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Experience leading and developing small to medium-sized teams.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to build genuine connections.
• A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve performance.
• Luxury, jewellery or premium retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.
