Whether customers are growing, breeding or seeking general or specialised technical advice, our in‑store and field teams are there to help with their knowledge and expertise.
We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, reliable and self‑motivated team member to join our Toowoomba retail store on a permanent, full‑time basis.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role that combines merchandise sales, customer service, merchandising, forklift operation, local deliveries and general warehouse duties. You’ll work closely with local farmers and a wide range of community customers, helping them find the right products and practical solutions for their needs.
Our Toowoomba site includes a drive‑through warehouse where customers can pull in with vehicles and trailers to be served directly. You’ll play an important role in this area, assisting customers with product selection and safely loading products.
You’ll be part of a supportive, down‑to‑earth team who take pride in helping their customers and each other. As part of the full‑time roster, you’ll also need to be available to work Saturdays as rostered.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service and has a genuine interest in agriculture or rural products.
You’re organised, reliable and comfortable balancing a variety of tasks in a busy retail and warehouse environment. You show initiative, enjoy keeping active and take a practical approach to supporting customers, your team and the wider store operation.
At Norco, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
