Norco Bowraville is seeking a hands-on Merchandise Sales team member to join our rural products operation. This permanent, full‑time role blends sales, merchandising, customer service, and warehouse duties across the retail store and its drive‑through area.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing retail role where no two days are the same, combining sales, merchandising, customer service, warehouse duties and fuel sales. You'll work closely with local farmers and a wide range of community customers, helping them find the right products and practical solutions for their needs, while working across both the retail store and warehouse.
Our Bowraville site includes a drive‑through, where customers can pull in with vehicles and trailers to be served directly. You'll play a key role in this space, helping customers quickly and safely with product selection, loading and advice.
