Norco Co-Operative Limited in Bowraville is seeking a friendly, reliable team member for a permanent, full-time Merchandise Sales role spanning retail, warehouse and fuel sales. You'll engage with farmers and community customers, advising on products and solutions while supporting stock and store presentation.
Join a practical, down-to-earth team that values safety, customer connection and ongoing development, with benefits and staff discounts available.
Norco is Australia's oldest and largest dairy co-operative, with 131 years of hands-on experience in Australian dairy and agriculture. Proudly 100% Australian farmer-owned, we're built from the ground up by the people who work the land.
With two key arms, DairyFoods and AgriSolutions, we're here to back our communities and customers every step of the way, staying true to our roots and committed to growing together.
Norco AgriSolutions has been serving customers since 1948, with 26 stores across NSW and QLD, Animal Nutrition mills, and an in-house commodity trading team. We provide customers with competitive, convenient and trusted business solutions that add value to their businesses. Whether customers are growing, breeding, or seeking general or more specialised technical advice, our in-store and field teams are there to help with their subject matter knowledge and expertise.
We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Bowraville retail store for an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated team member to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing retail role where no two days are the same, combining sales, merchandising, customer service, warehouse duties and fuel sales. You'll work closely with local farmers and a wide range of community customers, helping them find the right products and practical solutions for their needs, while working across both the retail store and warehouse.
Our Bowraville site includes a drive-through, where customers can pull in with vehicles and trailers to be served directly. You'll play a key role in this space, helping customers quickly and safely with product selection, loading and advice.
You'll be part of a supportive, down-to-earth team who take pride in helping their customers and each other.
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing great service, and has a genuine interest in agriculture or rural products. You're organised, reliable and comfortable balancing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
You show initiative, enjoy keeping busy and take a practical approach to supporting customers, your team and the wider store operation.
You're comfortable working across retail and warehouse environments and enjoy hands-on work.
At Norco, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
