In this fast-paced and customer-focused role, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional in-store experiences and driving strong financial performance.

- Monthly sales commissions
- Category incentives and SPIFs

- On-target incentives of $50,000 per year

What you'll be doing
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the store team to exceed sales and operational targets
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our loyal client base
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive store growth and profitability
- Actively participate in staff training and development programs to ensure the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent service
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of store personnel
- Maintain a safe and compliant work environment in line with company policies and industry regulations
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a retail management or leadership role, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to deliver exceptional in-store experiences
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation and merchandising
- Proficient in using retail management systems and technology
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in retail management
