Job summary

Henry Bucks is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate for our Sydney CBD store, specializing in premium menswear across ready-to-wear, made-to-measure tailoring, footwear and accessories.

You will own the customer relationship from first consultation to alterations and delivery, selling complete outfits while developing new clients and maintaining existing relationships. A strong track record in luxury retail and weekend availability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in premium menswear or luxury retail.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building repeat business.
• Confidence selling suits, jackets and complete looks; MTM experience is highly regarded.

$65,000–$70,000 base salary + super + commissions and bonuses

Total on-target earnings: $115,000–$120,000 + super

Henry Bucks is seeking an experienced menswear sales professional for our Sydney CBD store. You will build lasting client relationships, create complete wardrobes and deliver the attentive service our customers expect across ready-to-wear, made-to-measure tailoring, footwear and accessories.

What you’ll do

• Own the customer relationship from the first consultation through to alterations, delivery and follow-up.
• Sell complete outfits and wardrobes using strong product, fit and styling knowledge.
• Develop new clients and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Work towards individual sales, margin and client development targets.
• Keep product presentation, stock accuracy and store standards at a high level.
• Work confidently on your own and collaboratively with the wider team.

What you’ll bring

• At least 3–5 years of successful sales experience, ideally in premium menswear or luxury retail.
• A demonstrated record of achieving sales targets and building repeat business.
• Confidence selling suits, jackets and complete looks; made-to-measure experience is highly regarded.
• Strong communication, personal presentation and attention to detail.
• Availability to work a retail roster, including weekends.
• Experience in MTM - earning 5% commission on MTM sales.

What you’ll receive

A base salary of $65,000–$70,000 plus super, with a documented incentive plan comprising monthly sales commission, category incentives and an annual performance bonus. On-target incentives are $50,000 a year, Monthly sales commissions, Yearly Bonus, and SPIFs on categories, bringing total on-target earnings to $115,000–$120,000 plus super, subject to achieving the plan’s targets. You’ll also receive staff benefits, tailored access and ongoing product and sales training.
