Job summary

Peter Alexander is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Epping store to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional experience for customers and team members. You’ll drive sales, create a delightful store environment and ensure smooth daily operations in a high-energy fashion retail setting.

This full-time role requires weekend, late-night trading hours and public holidays availability, with a structured 3-month training plan and opportunities for internal career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• A passion for fashion and providing great customer service.
• Ability to support sales targets and KPIs and help your team achieve success.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high stock volume business is a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
