Peter Alexander in Helensvale is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales in a fast-paced fashion store.

You will train and develop the team, oversee stock control and visual merchandising, help with rosters, and contribute to a welcoming, well-organised environment. This full-time role requires weekend and public holiday availability.

• Experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience in a high stock volume business is a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
