Job summary

Peter Alexander in Bankstown is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will help drive sales, lead your team, and ensure the store runs smoothly, with a focus on fashion, customer service, and a welcoming shopping environment.

This full-time role requires availability on alternating weekends, one late-night trading shift per fortnight, and occasional public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with leadership or supervisory experience.
• A passion for fashion and providing great customer service.
• Ability to support sales targets and KPIs and help your team achieve success.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high stock volume business is a bonus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
