Peter Alexander is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Bankstown to support the Store Manager, drive sales, and deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will lead a team, train staff, and help with stock control and visual merchandising in a high-volume fashion store.

The role requires weekend availability and a full-time commitment, with a focus on staff rosters and maintaining a welcoming store environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with leadership or supervisory experience.
• A passion for fashion and providing great customer service.
• Ability to support sales targets and KPIs and help your team achieve success.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high stock volume business is a bonus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

Looking to join the magical world of Peter Alexander as an Assistant Store Manager!This is your chance to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional experience to both your team and customers in the BANKSTOWNstore. You’ll help drive sales, create a delightful store environment and ensure everything runs like clockwork. It’s all about spreading happiness, creativity and a little bit of luxury.

This is a FULL TIME position with availability required on alternating weekends, one late-night trading per fortnight and occasional public holidays.
