Job summary

Peter Alexander in Geelong is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales and create a welcoming, luxury store environment for customers and the team.

This full-time role includes alternating weekends, late-night trading hours and public holidays, with a dedicated 3-month training plan and opportunities for internal development. You will help train and develop your team, manage rosters, stock control and visual merchandising to keep the store vibrant.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Passion for fashion and providing great customer service.
• Ability to support sales targets and KPIs and help your team achieve success.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred but not essential.
