Job summary

Peter Alexander is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at the Rundle Mall store in Adelaide to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will help drive sales, maintain a welcoming store environment, and ensure smooth operations across staffing, merchandising, and daily tasks.

You should have retail leadership experience, a passion for fashion and customer service, and the ability to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, with leadership or supervisory experience.
• A passion for fashion and providing great customer service.
• Ability to support sales targets and KPIs and help your team achieve success.
• Visual merchandising experience preferred but not essential.
• Experience in a high stock volume business is a bonus.

Looking to join the magical world of Peter Alexander as an Assistant Store Manager!This is your chance to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional experience to both your team and customers in the RUNDLE MALLstore. You’ll help drive sales, create a delightful store environment and ensure everything runs like clockwork. It’s all about spreading happiness, creativity and a little bit of luxury.

This is a FULL TIME position with availability required on alternating weekends, one late-night per fortnight and occasional public holidays.
