Job summary

Lorna Jane is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager, drive sales, inspire the team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at flagship stores. You will step up to lead in the Store Leader's absence, coach team members on the floor, train new staff, and maintain brand standards through visual merchandising and store presentation.

• Experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Team Member in fashion or premium retail.
