Lorna Jane in West Beach Outlet is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager who is operationally sharp and customer-focused to lead from the floor.

You’ll coach and motivate the team, maintain high store standards, drive sales, and embody the Lorna Jane brand through active living advocacy in store and community.

• Support the Store Leader in driving sales and KPI results by leading from the floor and delivering exceptional, customer-first experiences.
• Coach, motivate and develop the team through regular feedback, on the job training and role modelling Lorna Jane service standards.
• Maintain high operational standards by supporting stock management, VM execution and daily store routines.
• Live and breathe the Lorna Jane brand, inspiring the team and customers through Active Living advocacy both in store and within the local community.
