Star Chemist Blair Athol is seeking an energetic Assistant Retail Manager to partner with the Retail Manager, oversee daily operations, and mentor the team to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced health retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail or team management experience (pharmacy or health retail ideal).
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and payroll.
• Thrives working in a fast paced environment.
• Current or willing-to-obtain police clearance.
• Must be available to work Fridays.
• Bonus if you have an S2/S3 Certificate or pharmacy experience.
