Job summary

Swells is seeking a naturally energetic, friendly and confident person to join our service team in NSW. You will learn on the floor and behind the bar, with training and mentorship provided.

After demonstrating leadership, you will progress to a Supervisor and then to 2IC to the Restaurant Manager, developing a career in hospitality. A minimum 12 months experience in a restaurant with table service is required; additional skills like coffee making, wine service or booking systems are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in a restaurant with table service.
• Willingness to train and mentor; strong communication and teamwork.
• Leadership potential with a view to advancing to supervisor roles and 2IC.
