Sofitel Sydney Wentworth in the heart of Sydney's CBD is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Delta Rue, to support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional daily operations and guest experiences.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Restaurant Supervisor ready to step into management within a luxury hotel. You will lead service, coach the team, and create warm, personalised experiences while upholding the hotel’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Confident leading a team during busy service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on, organized and detail-oriented.
• Interest in developing people and building a strong team culture.
• Current NSW RSA competency.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operation of Delta Rue.
• Lead the floor during service to ensure exceptional guest experience.
• Coach and develop the restaurant team, including onboarding.
• Foster a service culture with personalised guest interactions.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness.
• Address guest feedback professionally and resolve issues.
• Lead pre-service briefings and prepare for each service.
• Collaborate with kitchen and wider F&B team to deliver seamless service.
• Assist rostering and daily operations while following RSA, food safety, WHS and hotel procedures.
