Omni Recruit is partnering with a heritage church venue in Penrith to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will lead shifts alongside the Restaurant Manager, develop and coach a supportive team, and ensure smooth daily operations in a unique seven-days-a-week venue.

You will manage stock, bookings, and guest relations, uphold food safety and WHS, and drive continuous improvement in a growing brand with local impact.

Qualifikationen

• Supervisor or assistant manager experience in a fast-paced venue.
• Leadership by example, with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Confident with POS, ordering platforms, email and Excel.
• A current NSW RSA and First Aid certificate.
• Full Australian work rights.

Aufgaben

• Running shifts alongside the Restaurant Manager, and leading the venue when they're off.
• Building a tight, happy team: rostering, training and coaching.
• Managing stock, ordering, wastage and cash handling.
• Looking after guests in venue and online, including reviews and complaints.
• Keeping food safety, WHS and compliance on point.
• Running bookings, functions and events in one of Penrith's most unique spaces.
• Spotting what could work better, and making it happen.
