Job summary

Wingboy Parramatta is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, service, people, customer experience and compliance. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will help lead the front-line team and maintain standards, stepping in as point of contact when the Restaurant Manager is away.

This full-time role offers room to grow within a fast-casual brand known for hot wings and cold drinks, with head office support and a competitive salary plus super.

Qualifications

• Hospitality supervisory or management experience in busy settings.
• Current NSW RSA certificate.
• Confident with POS and peak service.
• Strong communication, customer service and leadership skills.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Available nights, weekends and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager with stock purchasing and inventory management
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, in-venue and online
• Handle customer feedback and complaints, including email and online reviews
• Assist with rostering, training and mentoring the team to perform at their best
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, WH&S and company policies
• Monitor cleanliness, presentation and equipment, and elevate maintenance issues
• Supervise shifts, including cash handling and reconciliation
• Manage timekeeping, breaks and attendance records
• Help manage bookings, large functions and special events
• Contribute to KPIs and identify ways to improve operations
