Job summary

OTR is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in all restaurant operations, focusing on guest satisfaction, quality, service and cleanliness. You will lead crew development, drive profitability and ensure safe, efficient operations across shifts.

This role includes a 12-week training plan with Crew Station, Leadership/Management training and certification to prepare you for success within our Hungry Jack's brand.

Qualifications

• Retail or Hospitality leadership experience.
• Exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training for crew members.
• Deliver individual coaching and mentoring sessions.
• Develop shift plans.
• Drive sales and profitability.
• Monitor production controls.
• Complete business reporting for sales, service and safety.
• Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs.
• Manage all shift safety and hygiene requirements.
