Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, train crew, and drive sales while maintaining safety and quality. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee guest satisfaction through people leadership and a commitment to service excellence.

You will develop shift plans, monitor costs, and ensure profitability while upholding hygiene and safety standards across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• Retail or Hospitality leadership experience preferable.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Exceptional organisational & time management skills.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured training for crew members.
• Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions.
• Develop shift plans.
• Drive sales & profitability.
• Monitor production controls.
• Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety.
• Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs.
• Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements.
