Responsibilities

• Assist with managing a venue in the Food & Beverage department and exceed guest expectations.
• Manage the F&B venue ensuring service excellence in every guest interaction.
• Lead a confident, welcoming team and empower growth.
• Plan and execute team-building activities.
• Ensure venue is well prepared and stocked through ordering and planning.
• Serve as primary contact for external and internal F&B clients.
• Uphold company policies and procedures.
• Build relationships with guests to encourage future bookings.
