Job summary

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts is seeking an F&B Supervisor at our Sydney location. This role involves guiding the restaurant service, engaging guests, and ensuring service excellence across the dining experience.

You will support bar tasks as needed, foster a collaborative team, and maintain a welcoming, guest-centric environment aligned with Marriott standards.

Qualifications

• RSA certification is required.
• Experience in a managerial role is essential.
• Must have working rights in Australia.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Self-motivated, energetic and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant service during shifts and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Welcome and engage with guests throughout the dining experience.
• Understand guest needs and deliver service excellence with each interaction.
• Assist with bar operations when required.
• Lead and empower the team to grow and perform.
• Plan and run team-building activities to strengthen cohesion.
• Ensure outlets are stocked and clean at all times.
• Oversee food and beverage team completing operational tasks.
• Foster relationships with guests to encourage repeat bookings.

Position Summary:

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and supervise the restaurant service period, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations
• Welcome and engage with guests throughout the complete food and beverage experience
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Assist with the bar operational tasks if required
• Be a confident and welcoming supervisor, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better
• Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
• Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
