Sheraton is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead a food and beverage venue, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction. You will connect and empower a team, drive guest experiences, and maintain strong client relationships in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and assist with managing a venue in the food and beverage department, tending to the guests and exceeding their expectations.
• Responsible for managing a food and beverage venue, ensuring the team is providing service excellence through each customer experience.
• Be a confident and welcoming leader, creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential.
• Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
• Ensure the venue is consistently prepared and always stocked through ordering and adequate planning.
• Be the main point of contact for all external & internal clients for the Food and Beverage department.
• Ensure you and your team uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings.
