Job summary

Pappa Flock is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Sydney. You will be a key leader, guiding Shift Leaders and Crew, shaping culture and guest experiences daily, and delivering exceptional service across all shifts.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will grow the business, recruit and train talent, develop future leaders, drive performance and ensure high standards of food quality and labour management, with a clear pathway toward becoming Restaurant Manager in a

• Experience leading Shift Leaders and Crew in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Ability to coach, develop and grow future leaders.
• Proven track record delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and training processes.
• Strong focus on labour management, food quality and standards.
