La Piazza, Bankstown Sports' flagship restaurant in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, coach a large team and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced venue.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations, rostering and ensure RSA/RCG compliance while delivering outstanding service across events and functions. A hands-on leadership style and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Experience in a high-volume hospitality or premium casual dining environment.
• Strong floor presence and ability to lead by example.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
• Strong food and beverage knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team.

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you'll play a key role in leading day-to-day operations, developing a large front-of-house team and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and enjoys leading from the floor.

About You

You are a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a hands-on management style and a genuine commitment to guest service.

To Be Successful, You'll Have:

• 2+ years' experience in an Assistant Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Experience in a high-volume restaurant, hospitality or premium casual dining environment
