Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a well-established hospitality group in Melbourne to hire an Assistant Restaurant Manager. You will lead daily venue operations, mentor a high-performing team and drive exceptional guest experiences.

This role offers a competitive salary of AU$80,000–AU$85,000 plus super, a stable roster, and clear opportunities for progression within a refined dining environment. You will collaborate with culinary, beverage and events teams, manage rostering and labour

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Passion for hospitality, food and beverage.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to lead a team.
• Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of rostering, labour costs and venue operations.

• Lead daily venue operations with the support of a Restaurant Manager.
• Champion service excellence, operational consistency and an energetic atmosphere.
