El Camino Cantina on the Gold Coast is seeking a supervisory/managerial team member to drive guest service and on-floor leadership. You will mentor staff, deliver a memorable dining experience, and energize the team to maintain a high standard of service.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory or junior management experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow personally and professionally, including weekend availability and a valid RSA.

Formación

• Previous experience in a supervisory or junior manager role; training provided.
• Lead from the floor with the team and deliver strong guest experiences.
• Ability to work weekends and late nights; RSA valid (state).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver an exceptional venue experience for guests.

• Availability for weekend shifts and late nights
