Job summary

The Bavarian Miranda and El Camino, part of Hunter Street Hospitality, are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead service excellence and support the General Manager. You’ll coach a high-energy team, manage rostering and daily operations, and ensure guest satisfaction with high standards of presentation.

• Experience in a supervisory or junior management role in hospitality.
• An on-floor leader who engages guests and supports the team.
• RSA certification is required.
