Job summary

JLL in Perth is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support our head office Property Managers across a diverse portfolio. You will handle financial administration, tenant relations, lease management, and day-to-day operational support while developing strong technical and interpersonal skills.

This role offers an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture, opportunities to grow within the property management sector, and exposure to national teams as you contribute to delivering exceptional property

Qualifications

• Experience handling AP/AR processes.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Background in property management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgets, outgoings, forecasts and financial reports.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain documentation across properties.
• Issue purchase orders and set up contracts in JLL systems.
• Monitor rental arrears and collect payments.
• Support rent review process and sundry charges.
• Process accounts payable invoices with proper coding.
• Assist with tenant tax invoices and portfolio reconciliations.
• Lease administration and tenancy data input.
