Job summary

JLL in Perth, WA, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support our head office-based Property Managers. You will assist with budgets, financial reporting, and lease administration across a diverse portfolio, ensuring accurate records and timely processes.

This role involves working with clients, tenants, and contractors to maintain strong relationships, while developing technical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven accounts payable and receivable experience.
• Previous experience in property management or a related field is highly desirable.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial administration.
• Strong communication and client service orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and financial reports for portfolio performance.
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain documentation across multiple properties.
• Issue purchase orders and set up contracts within JLL systems, ensuring accuracy.
• Monitor rental arrears, pursue outstanding payments, and allocate rental income.
• Support rent review process and raise sundry charges as required.
• Process accounts payable invoices and resolve contractor queries.
• Assist with tenant tax invoices and portfolio reconciliations.
• Liaise with contractors, tenants, and property owners to address queries and maintain relationships.
• Undertake lease administration duties and collect sales data for system input.
