Perth Property Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our Award Winning Team in Perth. This role supports our Property Managers and offers extensive on-the-job training and a clear development pathway toward Property Manager.

You will handle reception/office admin, liaise with tenants and owners, organise home opens, and participate in routine inspections. We value initiative, strong communication, and teamwork in a supportive environment.

• Assist Property Managers in their duties
• Reception/General Office Administration

• Conduct routine inspections (PCRs outsourced)
• Training and mentoring provided with development opportunities toward becoming a Property Manager
