Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and evaluation of curriculum across Years 7–12.
• Support House Directors, Curriculum Leaders and staff to foster teaching excellence.
• Drive professional learning aligned with college priorities and educational practice.
• Utilise achievement and engagement data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
• Oversee curriculum, assessment, and reporting processes (SACE, NAPLAN, PAT).
• Lead development of the College Learning Management System SEQTA.
