Xavier College is seeking a compassionate House Director – Pastoral Care (HDPC) to join our vibrant Two Wells Campus (R–11,expanding to Year 12 in 2027). This is a key leadership position (POR3) responsible for providing strategic direction and support for student wellbeing, engagement and pastoral care within a House community.
Multiple positions are available with a January 2027 commencement date, for a fixed period of 4 years. This position involves a permanent teaching role.
Working in close partnership with your HDPC and House Director - Teaching and Learning (HDT&L) counterparts and the Two Wells Leadership team, you will provide both strategic and operational leadership, building staff capability, strengthening House culture, and fostering a safe, inclusive and values-based environment in which students can thrive.
This position involves a teaching component and should be read in conjunction with the Teacher Position Information Document.
