Qualifications
- Postgraduate or Master’s in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or Education.
- Ability to drive high-performance, improvement-focused school culture.
- Lead with Gospel values and contribute to church mission.
- Experience overseeing staff induction, development, and performance.
- Promotes religious leadership and parish partnerships.
- Exemplary classroom practitioner with leadership in teaching.
- Experience strengthening school and system-wide networks.
- Experience leading school-wide Positive Behaviours for Learning.
