late January 2027 with a full-time permanent appointment. The role requires postgraduate or master's level qualifications in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or Education, ability to drive high performance, and a capacity to model Gospel values within the Church’s mission.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate or Master’s in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or Education.
• Ability to drive a high-performance, improvement-focused school culture.
• Leads with Gospel values and contributes to the Church’s mission.
• Experience overseeing staff induction, development, and performance.
• Promotes religious leadership and parish partnerships.
• Exemplary classroom practitioner with strong teaching and learning leadership.
• Strengthens school and system-wide networks.
• Meets Category E requirements in Accreditation Policy or intends to meet them in first term.
