Qualifications

• Postgraduate or Master’s in Leadership, Religion, Theology, or Education.

• Experience in overseeing staff induction, development, and performance.
• Promotes religious leadership and parish partnerships.
• Exemplary classroom practitioner with the ability to model and lead effective teaching and learning strategies.

• Meets Accreditation Policy Category E in first contract term.
• Experience leading school-wide Positive Behaviours for Learning.
• Experience as a curriculum leader.
